2 February 2019. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to tderoeck, 77ships, Jerre, Kevin & Anke! Hazy yellow with a lasting, small, unstable, frothy, white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of wet grain, rotten banana, old apricot & apple (as cut & exposed to air), yeast, old white bread. Taste is light fruity sweet, old apple & green banana with a soapy character; then light to medium grassy bitter, quite 'basic' grainy, vague sourish wheat in the back. Dry, shortish, grainy finish, lingering grass, straw, old fruit. Light to medium body, slick texture, flat carbonation. Weird, messy, not good.

@ Brugs Bierfestival, BB: n/a - (2019-194) Thanks to the Belgian ratebeer crew for sharing todays' beers!
Slightly cloudy blond to light orange beer, big creamy irregular whitehead, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit metallic, hay, grains, some banana, floral touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit fruity start, rather bitter, metallic touch, dry, bit of mango, but just a little bit. Aftertaste: more grains, metallic, bitter dry finish. Not bad, but not really an ipa (or just an old one, apparently this was already available in august, big chance it's still the same batchβ¦).
