Brewed with Danish friends Gamma Brewing Co, this IPA is super thick from the addition of rolled oats and fleshy Papaya, a little dank from the Simcoe and uber tropical from the addition of Guava, Mosaic and experimental hop HBC472! A juicy IPA that'll throw you back to the best days we had this summer.

Tap at Borefts 2019. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, big juicy citrus fruits, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a super fresh, crisp, green hop, juicy guava fruit, light dry pepper spice, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average soft carbonation.

Borefts XI Day 1. Keg. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, reasonably sweet. Tidy orange citric hops. Mild pine. Ripe guava and tropical fruits that turn a little tangy. Pleasant but doesn’t fully gel for me.
