Clear orange beer, creamy dense white head, stable, non adhesive. aroma: very malty, bit fruity, pears, sourish, hint of sulphur. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, very malty, lots of grains, hay, cow fodder, soft acidity, bit fruity, some pears. Aftertaste: malty, bit metallic, bitter finish.
