Can 330ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts 2019 Tasting ] - Kermis House - Zaandam, Netherlands.
[ As Black Isle Crumble ].
ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium pink - red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, oat - wheat, berry notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, berries - blackberry, grass, light oat - wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190926]

Sampled at Borefts Pre-Tasting 2019. Pink color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly fruity, hard to identify which though, and also apart from that I don't get much more, maybe slightly sugary but that's it. Hard to describe.

Can from Black Isle brewery. It pours ckeat reddish - purple with a decent foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, tangy, toasted oat, flap jack, granola, fruit compote, berry, jam, victoria sponge cake and vanilla. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, toasted oats, cereal, candied fruits, candied orange peel, tangerine, jammy fruits, fruit compote and berry crumble with a dry finish. Average body and moderate. Easy going and fruity. Not bad.

Can. Clear red color with white head. Aroma is blackberries, oats, wheat. Taste is oats, blackberries, some jelly. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Alright.
