On tap @ Foeders, Amsterdam. Pours slightly hazy, pale yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is lactic acid with stone fruits and fruit pits, as well as pale malts with cereals. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with fruity notes of peaches, stone fruits and musty fruit peel, as well as pale malts with cereals and earthy minerals.

Pours a hazy straw yellow colour and a small white head. Aroma's are sour, sour fruit. Retronasal it;s sourish, some brett-funk, even light sweet. Flavour is light moderate sour with some funk. Light bodied. Finish is moderate bitter. Pleasant.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma: Herbal, malty, yeasty, light citrus hints. Taste: Herbal and yeasty, citrus notes. Light body, average carbonation. Light to moderate sour, light sweet and bitter. Somewhat more bitterness at finish. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Bit watery, but that's ok for a Grisette. Somewhere in between a light lager, Saison and Spa Lemon lemonade. Very easy drinkable and refreshing, as it's meant to be. Quite nice, given the style and low alcohol.
