Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours very dark brown with a light tan head, lacings. Aroma of malt, caramel, light buttery notes, candy, sweet dried fruit, plums, figs. Flavor is sweet, rich malty, caramel, light bread, sweets, sweet dried fruit, figs, plums, alcohol. Medium to full body, average carbonation, sweet finish. 300518

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Clear dark brown with small head. Aroma is malt, yeast, dark fruit, caramel, candy and bread. Flavour is malt, caramel, yeast, dark fruit, sweet, candy, figgs, plum and a little bitter.

Tap@Taphouse London TTO, Copenhagen (02/05/2018) - pours dark hazy brown with a beige head. Toasted and sweet malty with a plethora of dark dried fruit offered, some light;y charred brown sugar, sweet caramel and toffee notes, more dried fruits, yeasty, medium body, some spices into the sweet malty finish.

From tap. Pours deep orange to brown. Small off white head. Aroma is sweet and toasted malty. Phenoloc and slight estery to phenolic. Toasted. Fruity and phenolic finish.

Draft @ Euston Tap, Euston NW1. Pours a dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy figs and dark fruit aroma. Fruity malty spicy fig flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity sweetish malty spicy fig finish.

Keg at the brewery tap, 02/07/16. Rich chestnut to mahogany brown with a decent light beige head. Nose is nutty, toffee, light spice, fruit loaf, dates, red beery twang. Taste comprises caramel, dates, fig pudding, fruit cake mix, syrup, light spice. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, touch of warming alcohol in the close. Solid well rounded Belgian strong, good balance between bitter and sweet.
