Location: 750 ml bottle at Benjy's, 9/17/13
Aroma: The nose is yeasty and a little sweet, clove, lots of fruit, plenty of spice, and caramel
Appearance: It pours a hazy orange color with an decent sized white head and some lace too
Flavor: The taste feels fairly sweet too, there's some spice, and a little bit of alcohol as well
Palate: The body is medium, it feels a little sticky, soft-to-average carbonation, and a light heat
Overall Impression: I thought this was a plenty solid tripel that clearly leans toward the sweet side. Even though I am not the hugest fan of sweet beers, I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, yeast, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, wood, over ripe fruits, and hay, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours a clear orangey amber with a small and lacing off-white head. Sweet fruity and rather sophisticated aroma - has a slight barrel character. Rich, sweet body, surprisingly lowish carbonation, a sophisticated almost sherry character with a boozy finish. Not all that true to style, but nice alright. 250113

Bottle shared at RBWG 2012. Pours a cloudy brown with a small off white head. The aroma is vanilla and oak. Medium mouthfeel with a sweet roasted malt and vanilla. A good abbey Tripel from Adlerbert’s.
