Bottle from the brewery: pours mostly clear gold with a white head. Aroma is yeasty, light notes of fruitiness, light spiciness. Taste is lightly hoppy. Kind of sweet. Quite fruity. Booze is well covered. Pretty tasty.

A companion buy along with another Adelbert's beer from a liquor store in Santa Fe. Hopefully this one registers better. Going briskly into a tulip glass I note a hay colored body and a plentiful snow white head. Giving it a deep smell I find cane sugar and something flowery. Sampling it, my goodness, this is fine. There is peach, banana, a little yeastiness, cloves, a slight concluding bitterness. Tripels are my least favorite of the Belgians but this brew definitely holds up.

Almost no head, clear copper-orange beer. Orange, coriander, bit liqueurish , smell, ’hot’, strong hinting at alcohol and rich syrup. Liqueurish taste, alcohol sweetness, just a touch of coriander. Very slick - oily bit of alcoholheat. Arch-typical USA interpretation of Be beer. In itself not bad, quite OK. Thanks to Stefaan!

4 oz draft goblet taster at Lone Star Taps & Caps in Lewisville, Texas. The pour is a clear golden yellow with not much of a white head. The aroma is sweet floral, herbal yeast and a big full traditional Tripel nose. The taste is sweet, floral hay and the clove herbal Tripel yeast. The palate is medium to heavy bodied with soft to low carbonation and the yeast in the alcohol warming finish. This is a well made Tripel.

750ml bottle. Unfiltered orange-copper body. Sweet and rich. The bottle is over two years old and holds up well. Nice effervescent carbonation still. Nutty banana breadfruit candi sugar covered sweetness. This is a really solid Tripel.

750 ml bottle consumed yesterday. Purchased at H. E. B. Austin. Hazy gold in color with thin lasting head. Aroma shows dusty yeast, clove, weak bananas, light black pepper. The is the same with the yeast not as chewy or full like others in the style. Also a light alcohol tone. Not bad to drink but it did take me a good amount of time to get through a snifter. Perhaps I wasn’t in the mood for the style. Yeaaaaah
