Small, if reasonably stable off-white head, fed by finely carbonated metallic orange-copper beer. Ginger & other spices jumping out of the glass upon pouring. Like a cold Thai soup. Ginger. Ginger ale. Lemon-y. That’s it, sorry. Spritzy feel, if not really that carbonated. Light body. Ginger ale. Fierce...???

Keg at BD Boost, 08/12/16. Golden orange with a decent off White head. Nose is ginger zest, orange peel, light spice, nutmeg, lemon rind, white pepper. Taste comprises root ginger, brandy snap biscuit, orange peel, lemon rind, straw, grains, white pepper, chilli kick. Medium bodied, fine carbonation,semi drying close with well balanced ginger and chilli interplay and a light Hop dusting. Solid for style.

330ml bottle from Beer Gonzo. Pours a misty gold, white head. Aroma is good ginger root, lemongrass, spice. Taste is smooth with Jamaican ginger cake, spice and just enough chili warmth tickling the back of the throat. Very nice.

Keg at the Eebria tap room. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a a lasting white froth. Aroma is big ginger galangal, sandalwood, perfume, lime zest. Flavour is composed of spicy ginger, salty lime, Warming back of the throat action, zesty, little woody. Palate is tangy and zesty, spicy, highish carbonation. Good stuff.

Keg at Eebria taproom - London. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy topping. Spicy ginger in the nose, faint citrus. Light sweet flavour with a good kick of ginger spice, faint pine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly bracing on the finish, pleasant ginger bite, maybe chilli, some lemony notes. Good stuff.
