330ml bottle from Aldi - Hazy golden body, small off-white head. Aroma is root ginger and ginger nut biscuits. Taste has a spicy burn aftertaste, didn’t realise it was habanero.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy amber pour with a thin off white head, aroma has ginger and a hint of citrus, taste has ginger, lemon grass, a bit fiery, hint of spice.

6oz pour at Cloisters is a murky orange with some cloudy, white head. Nose has mild malt, mild ginger, lemon. Flavor is zippy with ginger, lime, mild tea. Spicy finish.

bottle at home ... golden amber ... big white head ... massive sweet ginger nose ... spicy ginger fruit ... spicy ginger ... soft zezty fruit ...light bitter ... big spice... ahhh description explains the heat. Not ginger ... chilli .. and definitly zezty ... light soapy finish.. Really love this but my one concern is does this need to be alcoholic. Like most ginger beers. I cant help compair against "ginger beer" and think nice but does it need alcohol. i

Bottle thanks to the brewer. Appearance - golden amber with not much head. Nose - ginger dominant over general citrus. Taste - preserved ginger. Loads of ginger. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy texture. Overall - for a one dimensional beer, this is quite good.

Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Aromas of preserved ginger, lemongrass. Taste is more of the same, if there’s chilli in there it’s very faint. Light warming ginger finish.

Bottle thanks to the man himself! It pours very lightly hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, sweet, fresh, juicy lime, candied peel, light spice and toasted grain. The taste is smooth, spicy, earthy, sour lime, green chilli heat, lemongrass, habenro vibe, sweet preserved lemon, toasty and fiery ginger with a warming finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Very good balance of flavour. Works rather well.

Bottle shared by Scopey. Clear light orange golden, small off-white head. Aroma is quite spicy, but not too much to put me off immediately. Taste unfortunately has way too much spices for me, can’t stand em, especially the peppers. But that’s just me, so I’ll be gentle. Not my thing at all though.
