Bottle(0.75l): Deep golden, hazy to cloudy, bigger - firm white creamy head; moderate nose of herbal-piney hops, some malt and a very distinctive yeasty backbone detectable; moderate, dryish, bitter-sweet flavour, almost medium-bodied, pretty soft; slightly lingering bitter-yeasty finish. O.K., but the belgian yeast does not harmonize very well with the hops...

Slightly hazy deep golden colour, huge frothy off-white head, good retention and lacing. Light fruity aroma, grain, lemon, grass, herbal notes. Taste medium sweet, light bitter touch, bit fruity, light malty. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, develops more bitterness in the aftertaste but especially rather spicy (pepper, ginger, coriander) and a bit dusty, okay.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild spices, some floral and bready notes along with mild grain. Flavour is grainy, some wooden notes as well as mild salty and yeasty notes. Easy going and a surprising bland brew from this brewery. Almost lager like, but Lager not mentioned on the bottle.

Bottle shared at Rootz. Pours cloudy dull orange with particles and an off white head. Aroma of light peppery saison yeast, spice, coriander, caramel and malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a toffee finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation.

33 cl bottle, shared with my dad @ Café Frape, Maastricht. Almost clear blonde color. Big, dense white head with good retention, like whipped cream. Aroma’s of flowery hops, herbs, fruity. Retronasal it’s rather yeasty and hoppy and I even sense a bit of cork (?). Flavor is light sweet, fruity with a hint of bitterness. Medium bodied (fuller than expected from a 5.5% beer). Rather long finish, a bit ashy (? (again)) and eventually a good firm bitterness.

Yellow with bright white head. Some citrus in the aroma. Also a certain grassy smell that is also present in the taste.
