Bottle: Poured a deep reddish color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of berry jam with some vinous and tart notes is extremely enticing. Taste is also an excellent mix of berry and cherry notes with some light jam notes that are very well balanced against some vinous and tart notes with some oak also perceptible. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Extremely enjoyable while retaining a good mix of drinkability/complexity.

A dark reddish copper burgundy ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of red fruits, plums, fermented strawberry jam, light acidity, very beautiful. In mouth, a nice mix of tart dark berries with, light Brett, light lactic notes, blackberry, light mineral notes, complex and smooth. Bottle at Matt’s.

Deep red-ruby beer with a small off-white head. Very intense cherry and berries’ nose with old wet wood, tobaccoleaf, vinous. Vinous flavour as well, fruity à souhait . Finish has a lot of lemon; tannines also. Very spritzy carbonation, medium bodied, light alcoholwarming; Very nice fruitbeer with an outspoken vinous touch.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out roasted malt, leather and tart vinous notes. Flavour is very complex, with leather, vinous notes, and earthy roasted malt. Complex as hell, with such a unique flavour profile. Harmonious elements blend perfectly. Wonderful.
