330mml. can. Tasted on the 26/12/2018 at home. Hazy amber colour with a medium off-white head with good retention. Aroma is red fruits jam, toffee, caramellish malts and earthy hops. Taste is predominantly toffee and caramel with a nice hoppy touch. Finish is a bit harsh but pleasant. Low body and medium carbonation. Next one please!

Draught Thick cream head over fully hazy reddish brown-amber beer. Sweet, ever so slightly sickly rosewater nose, some light-coloured malts, rosewater, even a bit cheesy. Bitterish-sweet, quite fruity flavour, malts making out the finish. Medium bodied, but quite slick. Bit middle-of-the-road, too much rosewater hops.

At Brassicula fest in Rome-Italy. Pours ambet dark semi clear, off white foamy head. Nose: a bit caramel, citric, solid. Mouth: amber English orientation, silky bitterness a bit piney. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg @ Brew Dock, Dublin [020415]
Dark amber brown, thin white head, quite murky, good lacing
Aroma of citrus hops, resinous hops, caramelised orange, pine
Taste of citrus hops, good fruity bitter hops, dab of tropical fruit, fresh hoppy, good malts are not over done, no brewing faults
Palate - Medium carb, good robust hoppy bitterness. Finish has some stinging zest, cleans off palate
Overall - Decent amber

On draft, pours a very deep red to brown. Ketchup aroma of vinegar and biscuit malt, some floral aroma hops. Taste is overly bittering hops combined with sweet biscuit malts. Trying too hard to create a bitter brown beer, with none if the delight in hop flavour. Overall it’s not a bad beer, good first offering and something to build on, but not in par with other hoppy ambers.
