Inspired by this tradition we brewed this beer using traditional Belgian malts and brewing techniques but relying solely on the spicy character of the yeast and complementing with unique hops that bring out an apple, pear and melon flavour and aroma.

Optisch sattes Gold im Glas, schöne Perlung. In der Nase dezent fruchtig, hefig, leicht tartig, Saison halt. Im Trunk stilrypisch würzig, leicht bitter, Aprikose, hinten trocken, passt.

Taster at the source. Pours a dark gold in color with a huge loosely bubbled white head that persists. Earthy light funk on the nose honey like maltiness light lemony citrus hops to counter. Pretty nice.

Draught Good dense, snowwhite head, fully hazy yellow beer. Clove, drain water, banana. Hopped Weizen flavours, with "some" banana, "some" banana, ... and meaty esters; solvent. Bitterness disturbs. Despite there’s also acidity, the balance is nowhere. Medium bodied, wheat-like slickness. This is, as said, a hopped Weizen, with a yeast problem.
