Very good, if fast dwindling very fine & dense snowwhite head over finely carbonated metallic golden beer. Rather creamy, lactic nose, with some strange hints at sour milk and milkchocolate; wet straw. Fine sourish flavour, with more than a hint at apples (none too sweet) and summergrain. OHO - I recognize this flavour! Acidity actually increases in time. Light body, sparkling, refreshing. WOW! Somebody’s finally done it (I personally failed with Qroontje/Wadesda #2). This IS the recreation of the original Neeryssche Dobbel Wit. Many thanks to M. & L. V. for bringing this one in!

Clear pale yellow beer, huge frothy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very dirty start, pretty funky, sourish, bit fruity, green apples, some banana and a little lemony, grains and malts are present as well. MF: soft carbon, light to medium body. Taste: dirty and weird start, pretty sour, lactic acidity, overripe fruit. Aftertaste: more sourness, lactic, lemony, bit fruity, notes of cheese and still a bit dirty. Nope, I'm not digging this.
