Tap at City Tap in D.C. Pours slightly ruddy apricot. Aroma is Brett and plum. Med body. Flavor is Brett; plum; woody. Brett is funky:strong. Really good stuff.

Bottle @ LIBF’16. Shared with the RB Belgian team.

Hazy golden colour. Aroma and flavour are a bit funky and sour. Low carbonation. Very dry. Has some elements of white wine.

16/V/16 - sample @ Leuven Innovation - BB: n/a (2016-570) Thanks to the Belgian RB crew for sharing today's beers!

Clear copper yellow to orange beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, peaches, some yellow summer fruits, funky, wild yeast, very nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, funky touch, peaches, bit of banana. Aftertaste: sourish, banana peel, bit funky, quite a lot of tannins.

Very good dense white head over fully hazy golden beer. Lactic acid, stonefruit, yeast & herbs, nice. Bitterish, faintly Brett flavour over a fruitflavour, not unlike the Japanese salted dried plums - with 99% of the salt extracted. Slick, if light bodied. Quite well-carbonated. Nice, but lacks maybe a bit of stamina. Calling this a saison is something I exceptionaly accept, in this case.
