Big thanks to Valgreen for this. Pours clear light orange with a small white head. Aromas of light grapes, green apples, elderflower, floral notes, white wine, gooseberries, hay. God damn this smells good! Taste is light grapes, vinegar, floral, sweet green apples, white wine, light brett and a slight fruity tartness. Could use some age taste-wise but damn this is good.

8-3-8-4-16 Bottle, 383/564. Pours hazy yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity brett, with grass, white berries and notes of apple cider, as well as wine barrels and notes of wood. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of brett, with hay, white berries and apple cider vinegar, as well as barrels with wine grapes, tannins and wooden minerals. Dry finish.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is dry sour-ish, mild vinegar, oak, soda powder, minerals, bark, grain, grape peel, whitewine barrel. Taste is mild sour-ish fruity, sorrel, whitewine barrel, grass, grape peel, minerals, grain, mild vinegar, grape juice, soda powder. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice, but it could easily be aged for another 5 or 10 years.

Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy tart, sweet grapes, grape, wine, funky - leather. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart fruit, grapes, wine, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150808] 8-3-8-3-16

Bottle at Aarhus tasting. Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus fruit, pineapple, grapefruit, banana and light hop. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, medium sour. Light body, texture fairly thin/touch creamy. Finish is sour and dry.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, fruits, citrus, malt and hops. Nice and sour finish.
