Medium, persistent yellowish head over clear amber beer with faint greenish shine. Pepper, chamomille, other spices, but inviting and balanced; lightly toasteed. Peppery flavour, toast, allspice obviously, sharp backthroat. Fiery MF, medium bodied, slick. Nice, but inevitably quite unidimensional. More than satisfying for a just beginning brewer!
