Our Fiordalisa, with its particularly light yellow color, is abundant and presents persistent white foam that adheres well to the glass. Its appearance is very murky and highlights the use of a high percentage of unmalted wheat. The nose immediately recognises refreshing coriander notes supported by wider perfumes of orange and spices; The aroma is intense and fine. In the mouth, the beer is light-bodied, dry, well carbonated and with good acidity. Aromatic and sensl, drinking results in a pleasant, fresh and citrusy aftertaste.

Tap at Beer&Food Attraction, in Rimini, Italy. Pours very pale, medium transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is citrus, a little yeasty. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, overall well balanced and with a fairly dry final.

16 September 2020. At Astral Beers Pub, Bologna. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear pale yellow, thin, frothy, white head. Aroma of wheat, oats, white bread, banana, yellow apple, lemon, vague coriander. Taste has sweetish apple & banana, low estery, sour citrus accent over white bready & wheaty maltiness. Wheaty, bit spicy finish, soft grassy hops in balance with yellow fruit. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Hard to excited over a Witbier but it's not bad.

Greenish-golden beer, little head. Citrusaromas, but appearing very sweet in the nose. Citrus returns in the mouth, and the sweetness is confirmed to a certain degree. Coriander is probable, but certainly nowhere obvious. The beer has some refreshing qualities, but is thinnish despite the sugars.
