20/10/2011 33cl bottle @ home - BB: 12/2012 (2011-569)

Pretty clear dark amber beer, aery off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: grapefruit, toast, some nuts, mainly citrus fruits. MF: very effervescent, too much carbon, light body. Taste: green banana up front, bitter almonds, lime, bitterness. Aftertaste: bitter orange peel, some citrus notes, unpleasant bitterness in the end.

Dark amber with a mossy shine, under a darker yellowish small head. Vegetable, bit toasted, garden weeds’ aromas. Sweet-vegetable with a nice, spicy touch, and even a hint at Amontillado sherry. Medium bodied, and quite slick, certainly in the finish. Yet it feels well-carbonated. Nice one from De Graal!
