Harsh and lacking cleanliness. The fruit is muddled and doesn’t mesh well with the esters. Cava bieres paris

Bottled. Murky amber, small head. Marzipan and black currant up front. Sweet Black currant sorbet with caramel and sugar. Low bitterness. Not great.

330ml bottle [Thanx Claudius!]. Cloudy reddish dark amber with average, frothy to creamy, minimally lacing, off-white head. Minimally sweet fruity aroma with notes of red berries and a dry leather touch of fruit parings. Taste is moderately sweet fruity, notes of red berries, later a bit earthy with a leather touch. As all the other beers from Desprat weak on the "beer side" with a monotonous emphasis on the more or less adequate addenda. In this case the berries could have done very well with a better worked-out beer.

Very deep red to brownish beer, clear initially, under a very creamy pinkish head. Spiced, coloured malts, finely roasted grains. Watery coloured malts, really giving the impression of being watered-down. Bit of liquorice, soupy (coriander?). Watery MF in a grand way. Pretty worthless try. Thanks all the same for giving the possibility to try, Stefaan!

Bottle at Le Sous Bock, Paris
Muddy dark red-amber color. Dusty aroma, some band-aid. Anonymous Ale, with a reasonable body structure, with traces of berries and ashes. Dryish final and light artificial liquorice. One more bad beer from Sornin.
