Very good, dense & fine head, off-white, over lemonjuice-coloured beer. Very lemony nose, some honey and rosewater, delicate hops. Dry-fruity and other grains’ malts; bit strange, like spelt- or quinoacouscous, and it would appear there’s coriander (finish). Medium bodied, gets sticky warming up. Not one to sample warm.

Very cloudy pale yellow, chunks floating around. White aery head with big bubbles, dissipates quickly. Aroma: yeast, little tart, zest. MF: way too much carbon, light to medium body. Taste: citrus, and is that wheat?, yeast. But the carbon prevents you from detecting the flavours. Aftertaste: bit hoppy, bit fruity, dairy and bit metallic.
