“Zomaar zwam!

Bottle shared with Inoven. Opaque dark brown color, full sized beige head that that lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste malts, brown malts, figs, mushroom. Weird, hard to describe. Decent body, firm carbonation. Weird but ok.

33 cl bottle @ home. Black color. Big beige head with big bubbles and pretty good retention. Aroma’s: roast, ground coffee, some red fruit. Lots of roast retronasal with some sweetness, chocolate and bitterness. Flavor is light sweet, moderate roasted bitter. Medium bodied. Rather high carbonation. Finish is roasted, slightly dry, light bitter. Pretty nice, but mushrooms?

Bottle at home. Almost black with nice brown head. Quite some licorice and roast, quite earthy too with brown leaves and wet soil. Some chocolate, light malts and herbal candy. Just medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a bit dry watery feel. OK.
