Bottle from Biernavigatie. Aroma is malt, caramel, toffee, spices, fruity hops, citrus, touch of juniper, some coffee, hint of roast. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Medium bodied. Very nice brew, hops and well-dosed spices, some rich malt. I like it!

(Bottle) Reddish brown colour with lasting, tan head. Malty, spicy nose with dark bread, caramel, orange peel, treacle toffee, dried figs and a touch of ginger and cardamom. Malty, spicy taste with notes of caramel, dark bread, orange peel, toffee, dried figs, ginger, juniper berries and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Really tasty and well balanced, a bit like a milder/lighter version of Anchor's Christmas Ale. Very nice.

Bottle. Amber color. Malt, caramle and spicy notes in the aroma. Malty sweet, spicy, caramelly flavor. Spiced bread. Not bad, spiqces are fairly well dosed, but onedimensional. Low on carbon.

Slightly hazy deep amber colour, small frothy beige head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma toasted malts, caramel, lemon peel, ginger, laos. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, caramel, mild ginger, lemon; ginger more prominent in the middle part. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste with a lingering mild mixture of herbs and spices, medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Spices and herbs ever present but not that dominating as expected, nice.

Bottle. Pours a brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel and juniper aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel ginger flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.

Shared 330 ml bottle, thanks to my son Magnus. From Vinmonopolet Lakselv. The colour is more deep orange than brown. Moderate off-white head. Strong aroma of medium roast malts, hints of coffee, cannot detect the citrus peel, only a hint of spices. Roasty dry flavour too, coffee notes, hints of citrus peel and citrussy hops, again only hints of spices. Not bad, but not a beer I would buy again.
