On tap. Pours a hazy pink-amber with a small, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of grainy wheat malt, raspberry and earthy yeast. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat malt, bread, raspberry and earthy yeast with a dry, floral hop finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and lively carbonation. Clean, easy drinking and boring.

Bottle - Sweet raspberry and a bit jammy. Cloudy orange with a decent white head. Light raspberry and a very light finish. Pretty tasteless for what it is.

Originally rated January 2006. Ah yes ! A new fruit beer in the Ephémère line. This brew appears like grapefruit juice, cloudy and light pink-red in colour. The head is big, white, creamy and has close to high retention. The lacing is so-so, with some foamy patches here and there. Beautiful aroma of raspberry purée, not too sweet, but on the tart side. The mouthfeel is not unfortunately, just a bit sticky. Taste is raspberries, but quite light with some candy and bread in the aftertaste. Not too sweet again, not too tarty and not too sour. Just mild, unlike the first few Ephémère on the market years ago. Decent brew... but I really miss those days.

Bottled@Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Orangeish amber colour with a small white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is raspberries, sweet malts as well as mild cardboardy notes. Flavour is raspberry, some mild wooden and malty notes as well. Slightly tart, but refreshing.

Uneven fine, lightly pinkish head, over orangeish to transparant terracotta beer. Raspberry aroma (not 100% natural, ’t would seem) mixed with something sharp, unidentifiable, as well as coriander, fer chrissakes. Spicy taste with a faraway raspberry flavour faint, and - indeed - éphémère. Slight tartness. Sharp carbonation - for masking the emptiness? Ephémère in name and in impression. Why the coriander? They are probably ashamed of it themselves, as I needed BOTH glasses and a magnifying glass to read the ingredients list!

An unclear orange beer with a nice orange-pink head. The aroma is very artificial of raspberries, while the flavor is thin with notes of raspberries, leading to a dry end.
