[Note: old rating from June 2011] Bottle @ home shared with DutchDrebus. Clear yellow color, small white head. Smell light citrus, grassy and pilsener malts. Taste pretty bitter with pretty strong and lively carbo. Medium body.

3/07/2011 from tap @ Emelisse lunch with Han Hidalgo (2011-309)

Cloudy pale yellow beer, creamy white head, stable and adhesive. Aroma: sweet malts, citrus, yeast, floral. MF: light carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter start, citrus notes, yeast is very present. Aftertaste: very bitter ending, a bit watery finish.

Draught Quite hazy greenish yellow with a small white head leaving lace. Grassy, and VERY malty nose, as the grist being shoveled into the mashtun. Again very malty taste, with a fine spicey surrounding, and something lemony. Very watery MF, but undeniably refreshing, thanks to the lemony quality. Better than usual housebrew Pilsnere, but a tad too malt-oriented.

Bottled. A yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy primarily giving it notes of straw. The flavor is sweet and very malty combined with notes of straw, leading to a dry end. The mouthfeel is a bit sticky.
