Tap at Bruxellensis 06. Light grassy aroma. Cloudy amber, fine creamy head. Quite elegant hopprofile really. Light metalic finish. Relatively lightbodied. Nice subdued IPA.

Draught at the Bruxellensis Festival 2006, Brussels, Belgium
Hazy orange body. Yellowish creamy head. Brilliant looks! Mostly lasting head, leaving an excellent lace. Very hoppy aroma with some liquor flavours. Very bitter flavour, but rather smooth. Good balance and some nice complexity. Very lovely IPA.

Draught at Bruxellensis Festival. Hazy amber, thin beige head. Really like the hop on this one. Grapefruity sticky hops, prickly on end. Lovely hops underpinned by goodish malt.

Hazy orange, cloudy, with a typical dense N² head. Beautiful Amarillo (hé, I guessed that!) nose, fresh hops smell, and traces of vegetable deepfrying oil. Quite bitter, hoppy, resiny, not citrussy, pine kernels. Very dry, to the point of dry-out effect. Yet it is not overly bitter. Faint trace of alcohol. Served way too Lapponian, sorry cold. But it’s very good.

Tapped. Golden coloured with green hints, white big foamy head. Very sweet fruitish aroma, with some hints of hoppy bitterness. Bitter fruitish flavour. Long bittersweet aftertaste. Pleasant palate.

Draught @HBF2005
A bit hazy yellow, small creamy white head. Flowery American hops in the nose. Not very strong though. Medium-bodied, hoppied, some yeast - less bitterness than eg. in Stadin Alpo’s IPA or XXX Bitter. Some sugar sweetness in the finish.
