23rd February 2008. Does exactly what it says on the tin! Sweet cherry and apple beer. Slightly watery!

Can: Poured a red color with thin pinkish head. the aroma was not very pleasant reminded me of cheap box wine. The taste was slightly better with sweet fruit.

A pink beer with a thick pinkish head. The aroma is sweet with powerful notes of cherries - though somewhat artificial, and with light notes of apples in the background. The flavor is artificial, like a kids softdrink, with notes of both cherries and apples. What is this? a cherry radler?

(Can 25 cl) Clear, warm reddish with a small, creamy, vaguely pinkish head. Sweet/sourish aroma of cherries. Light-bodied, tart and lightly metallic accents before a sticky and cloying sweetness takes over. The cherries have almost destroyed all apple notes - only a few appear in the finish. 050107

Beautiful pale cardinal red, fully clear beer with dense, fine pinkish foam, leaving lace. Quite dry nose with unmistakable hints of wood, sulphur and even leathergrease. Can it be? Green apples, malonate. Sweet, fruity, and quite watery, as fruitjam (red fruitmix) diluted with springwater. Apple appears in the finish, retronasal especially; sweet, dried apples this time. Very light, and yet a syrupy feeling: the palate discloses the inevitable weaknesses. Let’s be honest. this is far from bad. I had expected a further step in the lambicporn soap, especially after the Timms horror, but this, sweet and light as it is, shows more serious streaks. OK, this might even be a stepping stone - even from a can.
