50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange with a dense white head. Sweet caramel malty aroma with slight fruityness. Medium dry to sweet. Flavour is also sweet malty with decent fruityness. Breadish too. A tad bit dead on the carbonation. About a year after BBD. Mild malty finish.

Bottled. Clear, copper-colored with a dense, beige head. Weak aroma with citrusy hops and some caramel. The flavor is sweet, with caramel and some hops. Medium body and a nice carbonation-level. Some bitterness in the finish. A disappointing beer. (061013)

(Bottle 70 cl) Chestnut brown, slightly hazy with an impressive, rocky head. Malty, caramelish notes with a quite distinct bitterness. A nice one indeed. 121203

Bottle conditioned, 700 ml. ABV is 5.8%. Cloudy brown colour, moderate head. Interesting aroma and flavour: caramel and toffee but not really sweetish, spices (cardamom, white pepper, salt of hartshorn), some alcoholic bite but not too much. Hoppy bitterness in the finish leaves a nice aftertaste. Good beer! Thanks, JensenTaster!

Deep red-amber, clear; huge creamy, lacey head. Diacetyl, caramel, bottom fermentation in the nose. Nutty (hazelnut) - quite OK! - hazelnut -butter, even meaty flavours. medium to full bodied. Aftertaste yields quite some hops. Again, too much diacetyl, but at the same time, the beer behind it is quite OK. God, LAGER your beers!

Bottled. Murky dark amber. Cellary caramel aroma. Firm, but clean hard mouthfeel. Bitterish finish. Aromatic. Thanks Ungstrup for this and many other beers!
