Clear orange - old gold; little white head, disappearing. Nose of grain and slight odour of ambrée malt. Taste is a bit herbal, like bog-myrtle aroma. Slight sourish from carbonation around the slight sweetish malt. Bitter finish, not harsh. Mouthfeel is watery but refreshing. It has been stated before somewhere - malt must be very expensive in the Northern Wastes. This is not a bad beer - just too much water.
