Lord of Ly Son is a Belgian dark strong ale of considerable majesty and strength. Brewed with Belgian dark Candi sugar and fermented with Trappist yeast, this beer has the light body, high alcohol content and classic Belgian phenolics to go head to head with the smooth molasses and caramel flavors with the black garlic that Ly Son is famous for. This is a beer that can be drunk now but will also benefit from extended ageing of up to a year or more.
