Dark brown with a thick and frothy head. Chocolate and pine aroma. Mild though for a bIPA. Taste is bitter, resinous, roasted, smoky—just enough bittersweet chocolate to keep the bitterness in check. Medium body with a touch of warmth at the end. Nice.

Bottle. Pours almost black with a large foamy beige head. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, grapefruit, tropical fruit. Excellent.

Pours cloudy deep brown with a large frothy beige head. Good retention. Aroma: citrus, toast, vinous. Medium body. Taste: initially toast and caramel, later abundant citrusy hops. Pure. Intense. Medium to heavy bitterness. Perfect old school stuff.

A deep dark black ipa with a thin mocha head. In aroma, bitter chocolate with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light sulfur, pleasant. In mouth, a nice bitter chocolate with coffee grind, resinous and piney hops, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle from Bièropholie, 6 years old.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle at de paas den haag, a bit expensive though. Black color with one of the most bizarre toppings I've ever seen, beige head mounts up Rocky as a mountain, it seems a damn ice cream. Flavors of fortified wine, oats, burnt malt, dried plums, some charcoal. Taste strangely sweet, hops bitterness is minimal, hops in general is very low profile.
