hazy golden to bright orange colour, medium sized white head; aroma and taste of a typical hefeweizen (i.e. wheaty-bready, caramel and banana notes) with some vanilla, clove and maybe cinnamon notes; well, obviously not an ÜBER weizen, but still enjoyable

Hazy coppery color, white head with short retention. Aroma with notes of coriander , some cleve and ripe banana. Flavor is slightly sweet, ripe banana, High carbonation with wheaty final.

330ml bottle from Coop City, Bern. Pours a misty gold, large white head. Aroma has some familiar hefe yeast, floral. Taste is a little grainy with a fast-diminishing yeast presence, some soft doughy vanilla, but generally falls a bit flat.

Bouteille 33cl de la Cave à Bières, Yverdon.BB 02/2018, batch#13. Trouble orange, col blanc-cassé. Arôme est malté, cara pâle, froment, note de pomme cara, banane ester avec pointe épicée. Houblonné reste assez discret - finement fruité. Palais sur du malté, levure typique offrant des notes d’esters - banane et un aspect un peu chewing gum. Girofle en épicé, touche de froment apportant un bonne rondeur avec une légère amertume de fin de bouche. Biscuité perce sur la fin. Dans la couleur, approche plus une Dunkel.
