Our Wild Shot is every year different depending on the barriques we choose. This one has been aged in an oak barrique of Passito di Moscato. The color is deep dark Amber some how taken by the parent, our Barley Wine. Natural carbonation depends on how long your bottle has been aged. Aroma is prune, wood and aromatic white wine. The body is oily and dense. In the mouth it is very perceiveble the Passito di Moscato who lived in that barrique. The beer is lacto-sauer well balanced by tannic and oaky-wooden elements.

Bottle. Pours unclear brownish amber. Aroma is wine barrels, funk, grapes, little bit of ASBC. Body is medium, straight and clean, wine barrel. Quite elegant. Smooth, low carbonation. Vinegary, but not a lot. Gentle, or as gentle as 10% ABV can be. Very good!

Bottled, thanks Bov! Almost clear amber, minimal head, almost still. Aroma of white wine, caramel and ripe fruit. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lemon, caramel, white wine and oak. Mild warming finish.
