Draught. Pours brown with some caramell and other tinges. A pretty standard and good dunkel.

Dunkelbraune Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, röstmalziger Geruch mit Karamell und Toffee. Geschmacklich malzig, röstmalzig, brotig mit Karamell, Toffee und etwas Schokolade. Mittlere bis hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle at home. Aroma is malt, dark bread, caramel, toffee, nuts. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is light to medium. Rich malts but a bit thin bodied, fairly enjoyable but not a Weihenstephaner favourite.

В аромате неожиданно ощущается легкая горчинка с самого начала, много солода, карамели и намек на патоку и жженый сахар. Цвет темно красный, пена средняя, в принципе красиво выглядит. Вкус солодовый, карамельный с слишком сильной горчинкой при глотке. Послевкусие жженого сахара и патоки, ну и конечно хмель, как уже сказал слишком сильный.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear dark chestnut brown with moderate sized foamy looking light beige head. Aroma and taste of light roasted and sweet malts, brown bread, chocolate, figs, grassy hops. Light to medium bodied. Very tasty and balanced.

Bottled 500ml. -from Leclerc Ljubljana, shared with hrabren. Dark amber coloured, medium sized beige head, malty caramel nose. Toasted malt, caramel, light nutty and dusty with sweet finish.

0.5 l bottle shared with Ogi, thanks. Dark amber, medium off-white to tan head. Aroma is caramel, a touch of toffee, a touch of dough. Nice bready element. Toffee, bready, coffee, quite sweet. Moderately drinkable, minimal bitterness. Sweet finish.
