Tap. Unclear amber color with beige head. Aroma is herbs, peach, some smoke. Taste is smoke, gummibears, peachy. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Interesting, nice meatiness.

Clear orange beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: super peated, nothing else, all peated malts, oh boy. Nothing balanced about this smell. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: all peat, slightly sweet, very unpleasant, medicinal, don't like this beer one bit... Närke and Hair of the Dog are killing my love for smoked beers today, damn...

Sampled at Borefts 2019. A bit hazy light amber colour. Aroma's of smoke, leather, sweetish. Retronasal there additional some sourness and herbs. Flavour is moderate sweet with a hint of sour. Medium bodied. Finishes slightly herbal and moderate bitter.

Tap at Borefts 2019. Slight hazy dark golden with off white head. Huge smoke, juniper, ash, BBQ, more smoke, wood, sweet malts, flowery, herbs. Nature! Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Funny.

Borefts 2019 day 1. Amber with thin offwhite head. Sweet caramel, pine, juniper, spices, very smokey and umami. Sweet and bitter, dry honey. Medium body and soft carbonation. Dry finish. Very nice.

Fat på Närke Kulturbryggeri, internationella IPA-dagen. Klar, mörk rubinröd med ljusbeige krämig krona. Doftar av jenka-tuggummi, ljunghonung, citruszest, trä, lite mörk bärighet och torkad mörk frukt. Clean, len, mellanstor kropp. Lätt torr avslutning. Samma toner i smaken, men med tydligare toner av rökigheten. Växer fram tydligt, särskilt i eftersmaken. Väldigt träig bokrök och nästan aska, samtidigt väldigt clean. Gott!
