750ml bottle pours out amber red color topped with a fizzy head. Nose is tart cherries some sour notes and wood barrel. Taste is more of the nice cherries in the front barrel wood notes plenty tart sour kick.

Bottle. Pours hazy mahogany, small off white head, minimal lacing. Aroma is tannic, acetone, woody. Flavor is medium plus tart, tannic and acetic. Minimal cherry presence remains. Medium body, low carbonation. Eh

Like a porto cherry winey marsala kinda vibes. Nice sweet oaky funk, was surprised to see this much funk on a rare barrel.

18-07-20 // taster at 7th anniversary of Mon Petit Cafe in Suttgart. Dark sourish. Malt vinegar. Tart acidity with leathery tobacco influences. Hints of cherry oxidation.

ABV: 6.9%. Hazy - murky medium brown red colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, dark malt, sweet malt, tart cherry, oak, tobacco, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, cherry, oak, funky, caramel - sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190927]

Bottle. Murky brown color with beige head. Aroma is leathery, tannic, cherries, tobacco. Taste is wood, tannic, cherries. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Fun!
