Bottle from Oedipus. Aroma is nicely vinous with white wine, modest raspberry, grain, tart white grapes, damp hay, and some funk. Flavour is tart and moderate sour with a hint of sweetness. Mildly dry finish, body is medium. Very good, wine barrels work well with the Saison.

0.75 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', bottled in January 2019. Hazy, deep amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, rather fruity, minimally yeasty and a little vinous aroma of raspberry, redcurrant, grapes and traces of clove. Quite sour, fairly fruity, gently vinous taste of raspberry, redcurrant, lemon, grapes, light vinegar and some wood, followed by a medium long, fairly tart, gently woody-dry and slightly vinous finish. Medium body, rather astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Super refreshing beer, nicely fresh and fruity, just a tad too sour for my liking.

Fairly hazy golden with a ring white head. Aroma of funk, citrus, oak and tart raspberry. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at THT Oktober. Hazy golden with white head. Sour grains, raspberry tart, flinty and fruity. Moderate sweet and bitter, medium to strong lactic sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. Nice stuff!

Sampled at THT October. Hazy golden with soft orange hue, white head. Sour grains, raspberries yoghurt, wheat, white wine, passion fruit, soft oak, red currants, soft vanilla. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Pretty good.

Hazy orange colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour do have some residual raspberry notes. There's a growing sharpness in the finish.
