750ml bottle, bought online via a sale from Foeders, Amsterdam. Pours cloudy orange yellow with a small-ish off-white head. Aroma: yeasty, apricot, peach, light vinous, funk, leather, oak. Taste: light to moderate tart, light sweet, apricot & peach dominate the grape varieties, funk, oak. Nicely balanced. Medium body with soft carbonation. It wasn't spectacular straight out of the bottle but opened out nicely after 30-45 mins

750ml bottle. Funky, peachy and heavy with vinous grapes, oak, stone fruits, apricot and tartness, mild sourness. Quite complex and tasty.

FLN, grapes came out more than I expected or liked here so it wasn't the stome fruit party I wanted BUT it was still a perfect blend of funk and fruit, tannic and sweet, fuzzy and smooth, vinous and wet.

Bokke Bonanza! Flaska från Bokke, 2018. Klar, blekguldig med vit krona. Aprikos, massor av vit persika, persikokärnor, funk, bra syra, syrliga kärnor. Djup syra som är typisk för stenfrukt. Druvorna ligger lite mer i bakgrunden, kommer fram i avslutningen. Blir stram med mycket druvskal och strävhet. Så gott.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Cloudy yellow. Apricot, peach, some white wine, grapes, oak, manure, some citrs, sour, a bit acidic, bitterish hint, very dry finish. Great.

Bottle shared on NYE. Hazy orange with a lively and super short lived white head. Aroma has a lovely dry cellar funk, cobwebs and dusty notes with rich tart and ripe peaches. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

02-08-20 // 750ml bottle shared with ML at Muted Horn Berlin. Blending different fruits in lambics is art and Raf can perform this on the highest level. Loads of juicy peach aromas, stone fruit in general, with some mineralic spicy grape fruit sweetness. The funk is slight and with a good soruness that is quite soft. Lovely.

0,75l from bottle at Ammutson. Golden clear color, small white head. Smells of wood, grapes, peaches, barrel notes, dusty, parfumy, slight Funk. Very nice smell. Full body, light carbonation. Tastes grassy, white wine, grapes, some peaches, light wood, stone fruits, bit spicey. Finishes rather dry and lightly sour with notes of grapes, white wine and spicey notes. Very nice one, very wine like, had the Pjassel Noyeaux before this one, which was a lot more fruit forward. This got a lot more peach forward from down the bottle. Very nice one overall, but not the best 8,4,8, 4,17
