1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with apricots from the Rhône valley in France, white peaches from the Hageland region in Belgium, würzer and white muscat grapes from the vineyards of Haspengouw. The lush harvest of the summer of 2018 expressed itself in this blend with intense aromas of stone fruits, and the underlying floral and spicy characters of the grapes.

Bottle shared on NYE. Hazy orange with a lively and super short lived white head. Aroma has a lovely dry cellar funk, cobwebs and dusty notes with rich tart and ripe peaches. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is full, funky, wood, fruity. Taste is sharp, intense, dry, fruity, very woody. Nice!

Holy.. the most amazing one of the set. So much fruit, so much wood, nicely funky and pretty sour. Apricot, peach, grape, wine, oak. Amazing blend of flavours, each improving the rest. Does it get any better?
