(500ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours lightly hazed medium pinkish orange with a small but stable whitish head. Notes of bright tart fresh mixed red berries, fresh herbs, juicy lemony lactic acid and a bite of fruit vinegar, lime peels, dried flowers, the juicy acidity carrying all the way through the finish. Medium-boded, with filling carbonation. Definitely not a new-school overfruited milkshake, with a bright acidic core and added lemon. Nice with food too.

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A slightly hazy purple orange reddish beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of red berries, raspberries, cherries, lime. Taste of tart red, red wild berries, lactic fruits, nice.

Draught at BXL Beer Fest.
Rosé body, with a small, yellowish head.
Aroma of raspberries, vanilla, earth, citrus, flowers.
Tastes similar, with some more perfumey notes.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes moderate sour, a bit sweet, very fruity, a bit citric, with raspberries, stone fruits, flowers.
Nice one. Lots of raspberries everywhere, while not too simple. Drinks crisp and fresh. Lovely, little Berliner Weisse.

Bottle: Poured clear bright reddish color ale with a medium size foamy head with light retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of fresh tart raspberry and cherry notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also a perfect mix of tart notes with some fresh raspberry and cherry notes with hints of residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Nice mix of fresh fruit notes with lots of raspberry notes.

500ml bottle. Bottled on 2017-06-13. Pours a hazy red-ish golden with a rose head. Aroma is a bit funky with lots of raspberries and some other berries. Similar taste with berries notes. Very crispy and highly carbonated. Interesting.
