On tap at 4:20 in Rome. I simply liked this one! Resin nose along with grapefruit and a hint of bready malts. The mouth is round...solid IPA with the best and less disturbing balance between caramel and grassy hops. Great one! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Flaske 0,33l. Gave fra Rune. Gyldenbrun. OK tett skum som varer en stund. Bra lacing. God fersken/plommearoma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken er syrlig frukt med en enda syrligere ettersmak. Tørr avslutning. Litt uklar i siste kvelling.

Thanks to Gunnfryd for sharing a 330ml bottle at Førtito. White bubbly layer leaving dotted spots on the glass. Orange coloured body, slightly cloudy. Sharp hoppy aroma, pumpkin impression. Mingled flavours of dried fruits, pine and caramel malts. Bittersweet ending. Quite heavy to drink (Sarpsborg, Tour de Østfold, RBNG-event 15.02.2014).

33 cl bottle @ olio, ”sell by 2018”
Aroma has pineapple juice, some fruity notes, pine needles and hints of resin. Also some biscuits. Flavour is somewhat heavy with pineapples, some gluey tones and caramel. Finishes with hops, herbs and some grass. Decent DIPA.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape, alcohol, pine and hop pellets. Taste is medium sweet and medium to heavy bitter with a long citrus fruity, piney and caramel finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, at 42. An unclear dark golden beer with a small beige head. The aroma has lots of citrusy, piney hop pellets, with some malty caramel in the back. Pleasant bitterness in the flavor, with caramel malts and hop pellets. Pine cones and citrus peel. A bit too sweet perhaps. Full body with a nice carbonation level. Lasting bitter finish. Pretty nice this one, although a bit sweet. Nice. 140215

Cloudy orangey gold pour. Peach, grass, hops aroma. Bubbly white head. Quite carbonated. Taste is surprisingly peachy with grassy hoppy flavors. Bit watery and somehow unfinished seeming. Definitely better than Lord Simcoe from Revelation Cat.

0.33l bottle. A really cloudy almost glowing honey amber/golden body with a nice medium sized adding just off-white head. Smells really fresh and hoppy. Loaded with peachy fruits, apricots a little bit of mango, lots of fresh green pine cones and even some references to citrus detergents. Lovely. It tastes just as good as it smells. Piney hops all the way. Fruity experiences. It has a good oily mouthfeel with a just below average small carbonation level. It's pretty true to the genre this. Strong malty backbone balanced with a ton of fresh hoppy fruity hops. A little sting in the aftertaste. Really good! 03.08.2013
