Terzo Tempo is our interpretation of the classics American Cream ales. It’s a blond, high fermentation beer, designed to be your cure against the “Big Thirst”. A no-frills beer with a bright look; the foam is white, thick and persistent. On the nose we can recognize malted notes of barley and corn other than a surprising floral bouquet. Tasting is pleasant and full, the sweetness of malts is perfectly balanced by the not extreme bitterness of European hops. It leaves the mouth clean and ready for another sip…and another…and another…and another…

A very very very light gold pour with a thick eggshell white head of foam. My first whiff was corn puffs, they wheat bread and a hop bite. The palate is very dry on a light body. The taste is really good, crisp clean crackery light malts green bitter hops, white grapes very zesty. Terrific at 4.4%

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Dorée-paille, col blanc.
