She is decided and firm but also meek and bootlicker with people that are able to love her. It has been created for whom are looking for a pleasant and easy drinking beer but at the same time fulfilling and complex. It appears with a bright red color. The foam is light nutty, thin and persistent. On the nose side are clear the citrus and resin-like notes due by the use of American hops. On tasting are prevalent the softness and silky of British malts. The bitterness is softly balanced by caramel notes and some light roasting.

Very dark amber color, hazy, with medium sized compact head. The aroma is a bomb of dry resiny hops, some grassy hops too; it’s like smelling a bag of hop cones. The mouthfeel is quite dry, but also rather smooth; good caramel flavor; hard hop character, bitter, with some resins, hop oils, and minimal fruity presence (bitter oranges and cedars); resiny final, also a bit dusty (the yeast) and slightly metallic.
Very much an American Red IPA, a bit unclean, but those so are.
