Draught Compact and dense light-yellow head, lacey, over coldhazed clear golden beer. Watery nose, rainwater quality, maybe with a drop of lemon... rainwater lemonsquash? Really... Very lemony, lactic acid, citric acid but not really overly sour. Acids overly a delicate floral flavour, more like the Kemker habit. Obviously very light body, spritzy carbonation - if invisible - finish and aftertaste not watery at all. Refreshing. Aromas are just a wee tad too delicate - but the rest is the expected quality.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (23/01/2020) - golden pour with a white head. Light tart fruity with notes of grapefruit and lemon, wheaty and floral and hoppy accents in play, minerals, light to medium body, fruity light hoppy finish.

Bottle 750ml. @ Scooper Tasting. [ As Kemker Stadt Land Bier ].[ Courtesy of flaskefolket ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, hay, straw, grass, funky, light leather. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart, manure, grass, pale malt, funky, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180915] 7-3-7-3-15
