Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, shared with Belgian RB crew, thanks. Dorée, paille, col fin blanc. Arôme de grains frais avec un léger rétro funk presque ester et un accompagnement fruité agrumes plaisant. Palais présente une effervescence moyenne, brett sous couvert d'une approche mêlant de levures sauvages. Malt pils et fini fruité léger rappelant l'abricot.

Thanks to the RB crew for sharing! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2018! Paler citrus golden, big creamy white head. Nose is rustic fermented, aromatic, hay, flowers, field, bit lacto,… Weird soapy perfume, flower, malt, bread, weeds, milky, strange but largely fair and nice.

Pretty clear yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: weird and funky, rural, infected, malty, very soapy, unpleasant. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very soapy, malty, bad, soapy, unpleasant bitterness. Aftertaste: bit funky, brett, hoppy, bitter, dry, dirty touch, meh.
