Cask at Moeder Lambic. A deep orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is sour musty, acetic, alcohol, oak, green apple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, spicy sour, green apple, harsh mould wood, spicy spicy acetic. Palate is semi sweet sour, prickly, moderate carbonation. Little oak in the finish.

Keg at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 09/12/18. Almost clear amber wiyh a decent light beige covering that retains well. Nose is tangy fruit rinds, light medical notes, stewed fruits, light acidic nostril twinge, apple skins. Taste comprises damp orchard notes, wood must, funk, light citric peel, lemon rind, hay bale, sharp fruits, acidic bite, fruit balsams, light whisky barrel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with an acidic climax. Not bad ... quite bracing.

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A slightly hazy orange golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of dry herbal fruits, rye, wheat, brett. Taste of tart yellow fruits, brett, herbs, some vinegar.

7 3 7 3 15Draft at BXL Beerfest ‘18, Brussels. Hazy dark golden with an off white head. Aroma of oak, citrus, light funk and a light whiskey note. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
