Draft at Brasserie 4:20. Pour very hazy golden brown with an off white head. Aroma of barnyard, tart fruit, oak, vinous notes, dank cellar. Flavour is light sweet and moderate acidic. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

11/12/2013 Brasserie 4:20 (handpump). Dorata carica, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca leggera e persistente. Al naso sentori agrumati, di limone, stalla, cantina. In bocca è morbida, semplice e facile da bere, acida senza ecessi, davvero niente male. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Session lambic di gran classe!

Aroma is moderate to light heavy tart, sulfur, fruity, light horse blanket. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, fruity.
