Draught, Brew Dog, Manchester. Hazy orange looks with a small off white head. Fragrant, yeasty nose. Oily mouthfeel. Sweet flavour with some fruits and yeast, but all too prominent booze. Disappointingly average. Miss.

Bottled@Beer Hunters, Pori. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly, slightly alcoholic and some mild spicy yeastyness. Flavour is caramel, sices, alcohol and quite caramelly. A rather pleasant "old-school" tripel for once.

Pours golden with a small white head. Fruity and malty aroma with Belgian yeast. Sweet and fruity with a nice hoppy and bitter finish. Hoppy, fruity and bitter aftertaste as well. Quite nice!

Bottle from Ølbutikken, Copenhagen. 9%, slightly unbalanced as a Belgian triple usually is sweeter. Hides the alcohol level well behind a pleasant spice feel and overall a good (but not great) drink.

Draught @Mikkeller Bar. Poured cloudy amber with a thin head. Yeasty, nutty aroma with notes of boiled potatoes as well. Flavor is yeast, spices and porridge as well as bready malt. Weird, on/off feelings for this one.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen
Cloudy copper-amber color, very small head. Aroma of sourdough bread, light cereals and malt, dust, light fruity touch. The body is quite strong; caramel flavor, powerful, with some malt, light cereals, combined with a decent residual sweetness; quite strong bitterness too, more than the average for the style; but without a dry spicy character. Not a Tripel (well, it doesn’t matter), but just a decent Belgian Strong.
