Eine Bierspezialität aus vier verschiedenen Malzsorten verfeinert mit feinstem Celeja Aromahopfen aus dem steirischen Leutschach.
Durch warme Gärführung (Höchsttemperatur 10 – max. 15°C) wird dieses Bier besonders fruchtig und mild, ungefiltert abgefüllt und daher natürlich trüb. Eine gold-gelbe Bierspezialität mit hellen Kupfertönen und besonders weichem Geschmack. Aroma und Antrunk sorgen für das typische Erlebnis von Braufrische.

Swing top bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, deep golden with a tiny, off-white head. Rustic, malty nose with a biscuity touch. Medium body, again solid malty and grainy with a good, balancing bitterness. Straight but nothing fancy. 050326

Bottle at the hotel, Wien. Attractive hazy orange beer. Aroma of light citrus, minerals, grainy malt, lemon, hoppy notes. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. A pleasant Zwicklbier with some tasty citrus notes.

Drunk from tap at Platzl in St Johann im Pongau. Lightly hazy amber with a decent head. Light grainy hay nose, slight sweetness and lightly hopped. Pretty flavorful if not too complex; easy drinking.
